Get it out
Write or talk about whatever's on your mind, exactly as it sits in your head. No filter, no right way to start.
Pull the thread.
One thought keeps looping — a conversation you keep replaying, a decision you can't stop turning over. Give it five focused minutes. Ariadne helps you say it, see it clearly, and put it down.
Not therapy — five calm minutes for the thought that won't let go.
How it works
No accounts to configure, no streaks to chase. Just five minutes to say what's looping, and a deliberate way to put it down.
Write or talk about whatever's on your mind, exactly as it sits in your head. No filter, no right way to start.
Ariadne asks short, focused questions — not to solve it, just to help you see it clearly.
When the five minutes are up, get a brief reflection, feel the thread loosen, and go back to your life.
Why Ariadne
Ariadne never asks you to defeat anything. You get five minutes and a thread to hold onto, and you find your own way out.
Anxiety has never once answered to "just relax," so Ariadne doesn't say it. It reflects what you're feeling back to you, so you feel heard, not managed.
This isn't an open-ended chat. A real timer keeps every session short enough that you can actually finish it.
Ariadne isn't trying to keep you scrolling. The goal is to help you leave — lighter than you arrived.
What you write is your own. Start as a guest, no email required — write freely, without an audience.
The story behind Ariadne
Theseus was about to walk into King Minos's maze to face the Minotaur. Everyone who had entered before him never found their way back out.
Not a map. Not a weapon. Just a thread to unspool behind him, so however deep he went, he could always find his way back to the light.
She stayed at the entrance and let him find his own way through the dark, turn by turn. The thread only had to do one thing: hold.
The looping thoughts. The same worry, walked again and again. Ariadne is the thread we hand you now, one thought unspooled at a time, so however far into it you go, you can always find your way back out.
Ariadne is in early testing. Be one of the first to try five minutes of clarity.
